NEW CONSTRUCTION
- A preliminary set of floor plans and elevations will be developed based upon client,
site, & town requirements.
- The preliminary plans will be changed after review by the client and for any regulatory issues
- A final set of construction plans will be designed which will enable the client to obtain
a building permit.

ADDITIONS & REMODELS
- Sames as new construction but the client's house will be measured to verify the existing dimensions and construction

Coordinate permitting for the project through town boards such as Historic, Conservation, Zoning, & Health.
SOLAR DESIGN
- Site analysis for solar potential and placement
